The 2020 Annual Meeting of the Members of the Indiana Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association (the "Association"), which was called on April 24, 2020 for the purpose of the electing Directors and the transacting such other business as might be properly brought before the meeting, was adjourned without action. The adjourned meeting will be reconvened on Tuesday, August 4, 2020, at 1:00 pm. (EDT), at the offices of the Association, 3502 Woodview Trace, Suite 100, Indianapolis, Indiana 46268, and by conference telephone.
